Common questions

  • Does the campsite accept tents?

    Yes, Camping Piedade is a campsite prepared to receive motorhomes, caravans, tents and rooftents. Furthermore, we have our own tents already equipped with beds and clothes, for your maximum comfort. We also have tents without equipment so you can use yours.

  • Can we take animals?

    Yes, but only companion animals, and in the case of dogs, if they are not breeds considered dangerous. Furthermore, the use of a leash is mandatory.

  • Do the changing rooms have hot water?

    Yes. Our changing rooms are equipped with solar energy to heat shower water and, in a redundancy system, we also have gas water heating. Therefore, your warm bath is guaranteed.

  • Is it possible to hold parties and events?

    No. Camping Piedade is a place of leisure and rest. Therefore, out of respect for all park users, parties are not permitted.

  • Can we come and go at any time?

    The reception has daytime opening hours. Outside these hours, entry and exit to the park can be done through one of the access gates. However, the quiet hour, between 11pm and 7am the following day, must be respected, and vehicle circulation is not permitted.

  • Does the park have wifi?

    Yes, and it is free for park users. Service available throughout the park and there may be some areas with weak signal due to contingencies specific to technology.

  • In case of emergency what should I do?

    If there is an emergency situation, you must contact reception immediately and call emergency services on 112. If reception is closed, use telephone number 961 855 464.

  • Does the park close at any time of the year?

    Yes. Between the 15th of September and the 5th of October, the Camping is closed to campers due to the Festivities in Honor of Senhor Jesus da Piedade – Feira de S. Mateus.
